Research Interest

My research focuses on semiconductor, photovoltaic, and optoelectronic technologies for high-performance and sustainable energy applications. I work on materials design, interface engineering, thin-film processing, and device optimization, with emphasis on improving efficiency, stability, and scalability. My broader goal is to connect solid-state physics with practical device engineering for next-generation energy and electronic technologies.

We develop semiconductor and optoelectronic devices through an integrated workflow that includes processing, microstructure optimization, device fabrication, and performance evaluation. My strength lies in connecting material design with practical device engineering and measurable performance improvement.

Tandem Photovoltaics & Interface Engineering

I am developing monolithic two-terminal perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells, emphasizing interfacial engineering and performance analysis to improve charge transport, reduce losses, and enable efficient, scalable tandem photovoltaic devices.

Advanced Packaging Workshop

Completed technical training in semiconductor packaging fundamentals, design, and testing, including ANSYS-based exercises with documented reports and simulation files.

Interactive PV Cell Simulator

Developed an interactive educational web tool for understanding photovoltaic cell physics and performance. The simulator implements the single-diode equivalent circuit model, allowing users to explore real-time effects of temperature, irradiance, and device resistances on V-I and P-V curves. Designed for students, educators, and researchers learning PV fundamentals.
